Bob Manista, President/CEO the Better Business Bureau

Bob Manista is the President/CEO of the Better Business Bureau serving central Oklahoma.
He discusses consumer issues each Thursday on NEWS 9 This Morning.

Manista first joined the system at the Bureau office in his home town of Cleveland, Ohio in 1994. As the Vice-President of Communications, Manista cultivated his skills for making the BBB's educational materials and scam-busting alerts more available to the public by developing partnerships with the media. He took that philosophy on the road with him in 2002 when he became the President of the BBB office in Midland, Texas and again in 2005 when he took over the OKC-BBB.

"There's no purer form of providing BBB services than helping consumers avoid a scam or suggesting smart buying practices through media partners like NEWS 9," he says.

Manista lives in Yukon with his wife and three children.
