DEL CITY, Okla. -- Two year old Hannah Quisenberry Drennan is believed to be with her father Boyd Quisenberry.
It was about 9:30 a.m. Monday when Quisenberry went into his estranged wife's house and took his little girl, Del City Police said.
Hannah's mother tried to stop him, but couldn't and since then, there's been no sign of Quisenberry or the little girl.
Troi Billy said she's never seen anything like what she witnessed Monday morning.
"She jumped on the hood of the vehicle and he threw it in reverse accelerated backwards," Billy said.
Billy watched firsthand as the mother of 2-year-old Hannah Quisenberry Dressan tried to stop Quisenberry from taking their daughter.
"When you see somebody...a mother, her child...she was so determined not to let go of that car," Billy said.
According to authorities, there is a history of domestic violence between Quisenberry and his estranged wife said.
Quisenberry has two convictions for domestic violence. Sheriff Deputies were trying to serve him with a VPO at his home in Midwest City around the same time he took Hannah.
Authorities said when they do find him, he won't' face any charges because technically he's done nothing wrong.
"We have no charges on his since this is his little girl he took," Capt. Jody Suit said.
Police said Quisenberry was seen driving 100 mph with the child on his lap.
As for the mother, she was injured but will reportedly make a full recovery.
Quisenberry was last seen driving a 2000 Silver Chevrolet Camero with an Oklahoma tag number 464-XAU.
