Police arrest alleged flasher

EDMOND, Okla. -- Police in Edmond have arrested a man accused of exposing himself to women.

Police said 20-year-old Jerome Dugar flashed a woman last month while she was walking her dog.

He's also accused of flashing another woman at Fink Park.

Dugar was arrested and booked in the Oklahoma County Jail on two indecent exposure charges.
