OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Snow has begun falling in the Oklahoma Panhandle and authorities say roads there are starting to become slick and hazardous. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported moderate to heavy blowing snow in Cimarron, Texas, Beaver and Harper counties Tuesday morning. Troopers say the blowing snow is also causing limited visibility but no serious accidents had been reported. The weather forecast for Tuesday includes a winter weather advisory in northwestern and north-central Oklahoma and a wind advisory statewide
