1 box (12 oz) Nilla wafers, crushed
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup (or a little less) unsweetened cocoa
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/3 cup dark rum
1 cup light or dark corn syrup
Mix all together until stiff dough. Form into balls and coat with either chocolate jimmies or roll in confectioner's sugar. Store in air tight tin for three weeks to ripen.
