Building Fire In Downtown Okmulgee

OKMULGEE, OK -- Firefighters are battling a fire in downtown Okmulgee at this hour.

The fire is burning at a building in the 100 block of East 6th Street.

At this point, fire officials don't believe anyone has been injured.

Because of the fire, a number of downtown streets in Okmulgee have been closed off.

Fire units from Henryetta and Beggs are assisting Okmulgee Fire in fighting the fire.
