4,000 Residents Left Without Power

OKLAHOMA CITY -- About 4,000 OG&E customers were without power, including the Draper Water Treatment Plant, Thursday night.

Other residents, located on the east and south sides of Oklahoma City, were without water or were experiencing low water pressure due to the outage.

Almost 50,000 customers were asked to voluntarily conserve water until electricity was restored.
