Man Shot Outside Home in Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police are investigating the shooting of a man outside a home on the northeast side of the metro Monday night.

The shooting occurred in the 1700 block of NE 51st around 8:00 p.m.

Oklahoma City police are investigating whether the shooter was on foot or driving by in a car.

Paramedics said the victim was taken to an area hospital in critical condition. The victim's name had not been released.
