Tulsa Murder Suspect Surrenders in Oklahoma City

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa homicide suspect surrendered Tuesday morning to Oklahoma City Police.

David Michael Jenkins, 36, is accused of stabbing 28-year old Ernie Banks multiple times on Christmas Eve during what Tulsa Police say was an argument over drugs.

Banks died later at a Tulsa hospital.

The incident took place in the 4100 block of South Peoria.
