Durcho's Attorney Asks for Subpoena

EL RENO, Oklahoma - Joshua Durcho's attorney has asked a judge to subpoena all media coverage of the killings of an El Reno family.
Durcho is accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend and her four children.
NEWS 9 legal analyst Irven Box believes the defense is building a case to move the trial out of Canadian County.
"It's going be a difficult job for the defense attorney in this case. If the jury would find him guilty, the death penalty would be on the table. Then they want to find a jury that can be fair and impartial and not have predetermined this case," Box said.
A judge entered a plea of not guilty for Joshua Durcho. He's scheduled to appear in court next month.
