EDMOND, Oklahoma -- An Oak Cliff firefighter shares a rare glimpse of what happened Tuesday when a tornado touched down just miles away from his fire station.
Jaye Bartles' helmet has a small camera attached to it and it captured the twister that destroyed several buildings in the area.
He purchased the camera for $300 and plans to use the video for training exercises. He said Tuesday's storm was an experience he'll never forget.

"This is probably the most up close and personal I've gotten to one," Bartles said. "That went from being just a severe storm to having a pretty good size tornado on the ground relatively quickly."
Listen to the 911 calls that came in as the twister developed over Lone Grove.
