INGREDIENTS:
6-8oz salmon filet
Bag of mixed field greens
Teriyaki Sauce-
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
1 Tablespoon chopped ginger
1 teaspoon orange zest
Salad Dressing-
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Black Sesame Seeds
Tomato Cucumber Marinade-
Chopped Tomato
Chopped Cucumbers
1 ½ cup Rice Vinegar
¼ cup Sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine the tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl and let marinate in the rice wine vinegar and sugar while you prepare your salmon and salad.
2. Combine all teriyaki sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
3. Next, combine all salad dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well
4. Grill your salmon filet
5. Drizzle your Teriyaki glaze over the salmon and then stick in the oven for 2-4 minutes so the glaze can caramelize.
6. Toss a little salad dressing in a bowl with your mixed green.
7. Plate the salad and top it with your marinated cucumbers and tomatoes.
8. Finish off with the salmon filet and enjoy.
