Ronald McDonald Family Room Needs Donations

OKLAHOMA CITY -- OU's Children's Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House teaming up to help families whose kids are being cared for at the hospital.

The Ronald McDonald Family Room offers places to sleep, a kitchen, shower and laundry room. Each room has a theme and is named for a child who lost their battle with an illness.

The new rooms need some basic amenities, like plastic utensils, laundry detergent and coffee to name a few. If you would like to help, you can drop off the following items at either location below:

Wish List

• Laundry detergent
• Dryer sheets
• Coffee
• Copy Paper
• Juice/water
• Bread
• Braum's, Wal-Mart, Target and Office Max gift cards
• Snack size zip-lock bags
• Plastic utensils, cups, plates, bowls

You can drop off items at the Ronal McDonald House, 1302 NE 14 St. or on the 6th floor of the Children's Hospital, 1200 Everett Dr.
