Tulsa Teen Charged With Murder

TULSA, OK -- A 17-year-old Tulsa teen accused of killing a Bishop Kelley High School Senior has now been formally charged. 

Theo Fleming was charged Monday morning with first-degree murder in the death of 18-year-old Kaitlyn Finnegan. 

Finnegan was buried last week. 

Fleming's attorneys say the shooting was an accident and that the two teenagers were laughing and playing prior to the shooting.
