Tiramisu Fondue

¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3 tablespoons espresso or 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon superfine sugar (optional)
4 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

Combine the Heavy Whipping Cream, espresso and sugar in a small bowl. Melt the chocolate in a fondue pot over low heat. Stir in cream mixture. If substituting coffee granules for the espresso, dissolve the granules in 3 tablespoons hot water before adding. Keep fondue warm over low heat.
