1 8oz can garbanzo beans3 cloves of garlic, chopped4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice4 tablespoons Tahini (a thick paste made of ground sesame seed)4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil2 tablespoons plain yogurt1/2 teaspoons of salt1/2 teaspoon paprika1 bunch of parsley, chopped2 round pieces of pita bread on a large plate (Sliced 12 pieces each)
DIRECTIONS:1. Combine all ingredients, except paprika, parsley and pita in the blender on medium speed until well blended.2. Pour the hummus dip in a small bowl and place in the center of the plate.3. Sprinkle paprika around the edge of the plate and garnish with parsley.4. Serve with 24 pieces of sliced pita bread for dipping.
