Half cup virgin olive oil
3 tsp chopped oregano
3 tsp chopped rosemary
Half tsp freshly ground black pepper
5 cloves of garlic, finely minced
9 beef tenderloin slices (1oz each)
9 mozzarella sticks (1 inch long)
3 long metal skewers
1. Combine olive oil, oregano, rosemary, pepper and garlic (sauce for marinade).
2. Brush each tenderloin slice with the sauce. Place 1 mozzarella stick in center of each tenderloin slice and roll up tightly.
3. Thread a sausage and beef roulade on a long metal skewer. Repeat threading in this order three times on each skewer.
4. Brush the prepared skewers with the remaining sauce again. Broil or grill to your desired degree of wellness.
