INGREDIENTS:
4 Roma Tomatoes chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh basil shredded
1 Teaspoon fresh garlic chopped
Salt and pepper as needed
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
1) Combine all of the ingredients and season to taste.
2) Cut the bread into bite size pieces and toast in the oven or on the grill.
3) Place the Bruschetta mixture on the toast points and serve.
