INGREDIENTS:
3 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 Avocado, chopped
1/4 c. Red onion, finely chopped
1 - 3.8 oz can sliced Lindsay black olives, drained
1/3 – 4.2 oz. can chopped Lindsay chopped ripe olives
1/4 c. Lindsay Kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
1 tbs. Italian seasoning mix
6 tbs olive oil
2 tbs Balsamic vinegar
4 oz. crumbled feta
2 tbs fresh basil, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Smoked sea salt and ground pepper to taste
12 toast points
DIRECTIONS:
1) Mix all ingredients together, folding in avocado last.
2) Allow to sit for 30 minutes.
3) Garnish with fresh basil
4) Serve on toast points
