OKLAHOMA CITY – The Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the death of a man who was treated for a shoulder injury at a local hospital and then died the next week, as a possible homicide.
The sister of 52-year-old Randall Simmons was called to Saint Anthony Hospital September 23 where her brother was being treated for a dislocated shoulder. Simmons was released and stayed with his sister after his release.
On September 27 Simmons was taken to Midwest City Hospital in an ambulance after having trouble walking. Simmons died in the hospital.
Investigators believe Simmons had been involved in some type of physical altercation September 23 near S.W. 15th Street between May and Agnew avenues.
