OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Ardmore Body Shop's accused of accepting payment for new parts, but just cleaning up the old parts and sticking them back on the car.
Our Consumer Watch Team traveled to the shop to get answers after Jennifer Curliss gave us a call. She’s a customer who had taken her car to the shop after getting into a wreck.
She said when she got her car back, she noticed the trunk lid and bumper still looked damaged. A second opinion confirmed that it was her car’s original bumper and the repair job was not satisfactory.
The shop owner agreed to fix it then agreed to a refund. When neither happened, we went to Ardmore.
Hear what the owner has to say, tonight on NEWS 9 at 10.
