Oklahoma City police are investigating an early morning shooting at a nightclub that left one man dead.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police are investigating an early morning shooting at a nightclub that left one man dead.

The deadly shooting happened around 4:21 a.m. at Ray's Boom Boom Room at S.E. 15th Street and High Avenue.

Police say 18-year-old Edward J. Lewis was found shot in the parking lot. According to police, investigators believe Lewis and another person were involved in an argument in the parking lot that escalated into gunfire.

There have been no arrests made in connection to the incident and no suspect has been identified.

There is a new phone number for the public to call with tips on homicide cases. The new number is 405-297-1200 and it is for homicide cases only. For tips on crimes other than homicides, citizens should continue to use the Crime Stoppers number of 405-235-7300.
