INGREDIENTS:
16 ea large shrimp, peeled, deveined and minced
1 ea egg
2 tbsp Chives, minced
1 tbsp Miso
2 tbsp Cilantro, minced
1 tbsp Sweet Chili sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups Panko
16 ea Nori strips, 1/4/inch wide

DIRECTIONS:
1) Combine shrimp, egg, chives, miso, cilantro, sweet chili sauce, salt, pepper and 1 cup of the panko.
2) Shape the mixture into triangle cakes.
3) Bread the cakes with the remaining panko.
4) Fry in a deep fryer or pan until brown, about 3-5 minutes.
5) Dip the Nori into water and wrap around the cakes. Serve immediately.
