Victim in Norman Hit-and-Run Dies from Injuries

NORMAN, Oklahoma -- A driver who was hit by another vehicle in a hit-and-run collision early Wednesday morning died from his injuries.

Family members said Kenneth Williams died Thursday afternoon.

Police said Williams was hit by a 2005 dark blue Ford F-150 truck around 5:44 a.m. Wednesday while stopped at a red light at N.E. 12th Street and Tecumseh Road. The driver of the truck was described as "a younger white male" and left the scene on foot.

Police said they are still looking for that driver, but they are pursuing several positive leads in the case.
