Ingredients
1 wheel brie
Flour
1 sheet puff pastry
Apricot jam
1 egg, slightly beaten
Water
Thaw pastry. Sprinkle board with flour then roll out pastry to smooth creases. Trim rind off of brie. Top with jam. Gently lay pastry over top of brie. Wrap ends of pastry under brie. Dab edges with water to seal. Mix egg with 1 tablespoon water. Brush egg wash over top of pastry. Bake at 350 degrees until pastry is puffed and golden. About 30 minutes. Serve with crackers and granny smith apples.
