OKLAHOMA CITY – An animal cruelty case led to an arrest this weekend.
Oklahoma City police arrested 52-year-old Bryan Clark Evans after officers were called to assist an animal control officer with a neglect call.
According to police, the animal control officer was called to investigate a report of animal neglect at 2441 SW 49th St. The officer found three dogs that were skin and bones, full of mange and in poor health.
The city animal shelter confirms the dogs were in such bad shape, they had to be euthanized.
