MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -- An Oklahoma father will stand trial for the death of his baby daughter.
Jacob Watson is accused of killing his two-month-old daughter last January in Midwest City. Watson admitted to police he and his wife were having marital problems and he took it out on the baby
Brylee had two broken arms, two broken clavicles, a broken leg, broken ribs and skull fractures.
The medical examiner's office ruled her death a homicide from blows to the head.
Friday, a judge bound the 25-year-old over for trial on first-degree murder. His trial date is set for January 29.
