OKLAHOMA CITY -- A elderly driver crashed into a Chase Bank at 3724 N May Ave. Monday afternoon.
The driver told firefighters his car malfunctioned, causing him to smash into the side of the building.
A woman became trapped inside the bank's bathroom after the crash, but firefighters were quickly able to free her.
No injuries were reported, but firefighters said it could have been much worse.
"If he would have been probably 15 feet more to the left, he'd of went in through the lobby and they had several people in the lobby," said Oklahoma City Battalion Chief Steve Lumry.
Police said they will investigate to see if any charges need to be filed.
