OKLAHOMA CITY -- Governor Mary Fallin will deliver her first State of the State address when the new legislature convenes Monday.
Fallin will present her plan to tackle a projected $600 dollar budget shortfall. Fallin said she'll propose 5 percent cuts for most state agencies. Public safety, education, and health care programs will be asked to cut about 3 percent.
Fallin's address will be live streamed on News9.com beginning at 12:30 p.m.
