NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Investigators in Norman say two men climbed over a twelve-foot fence to break in to Boyd House, the home of University of Oklahoma President David Boren.

Police say on Thursday, March 10, 20-year-old Brandon Fore and 19-year-old Christopher Moore broke a window to get in the house's garage. Police say they then broke into Boren's Volvo. OU Police said Fore and Moore were caught when they tried to get away.

Fore is a current OU student. This wasn't Fore's first brush with the law. He received a deferred sentence for unauthorized use of a vehicle in 2009. He's also currently charged with larceny of a motor vehicle in a separate case.

President Boren is listed as a state witness in court documents.
