Man Accused Of Running Away With Niece Facing Additional Abuse Charges

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The man accused of running away and having sex with his 14-year-old niece is facing additional sexual abuse charges.

Matthew Mallory now faces five additional counts for sexually abusing another girl. The girl was 13 years old at the times of the alleged incidents.

According to an affidavit, the teen was staying the night at Mallory's house with a friend. Court papers show Mallory gave the two girls drugs and alcohol then had sex with the teen after she passed out.

The girl said Mallory sexually abused her again a few months later.

The OSBI interviewed the teen and that interview is what prompted more charges.

"Anytime that you see information that gives explicit details about what the 13-year-old went through, clearly that's just uncalled for and we can't have that in society. And we're going to pursue that with criminal charges as best we can," said OSBI Director Stan Florence.

The OSBI said it's still early in the investigation and there could be more charges against Mallory in the future.
