Granted, it was only the Sacramento Kings, but I was impressed with the Thunder on opening night. Game One Report Card;
Kevin Durant - B+ - He didn't have his shooting stroke and he still scored 25. He'll average 30 a game this season.
Russell Westbrook - A+ - 13 assists, two turnovers. That's sensational! Does anybody still want to argue with me that he's not a point guard?
James Harden - B - He's no threat for Rookie of the Year, but a solid role player this season off the bench. He can score, but looked slow defensively.
Ryan Bowen - A++ - He didn't actually "suit" up, but he looked fantastic in his "suit" for a 54-year-old man.
New Scoreboard - Loved it. Crystal clear HD. Perfect size. Good features. Appropriate stats. Cool "Bennett Board." Impressive.
All-in-all, a good opening night. A good opening win. The Thunder have an above .500 record for the 1st time ever. Hopefully it will last for awhile.
