Seared Ahi Tuna Salad

3 oz Spring mix greens
2 oz Asian dressing
1/2 oz sesame oil
1 oz green onions, sliced on the bias
1 oz carrot, julienned
1 oz red bell pepper, julienned
5 oz Ahi tuna
1 oz Wasabi cream
1/2 oz fried rice noodles
1 pinch sesame seeds

To prepare:

Coat tuna in black and white sesame seeds and pan sear to desired temperature in 1/2 oz of sesame oil.

Toss Spring mix with dressing and 1/7th of oz of green onions.

Place in large plate. Slice tuna into 5 equal parts in star pattern on salad.

Drizzle salad with Wasabi cream. Top with remaining green onions, carrots and red bell peppers.

Garnish with fried rice noodles and sesame seeds.
