VELMA, Oklahoma -- Drought conditions force one Oklahoma County to warn residents to conserve water.
Stephens Co. Rural Water Dist. #1, that serves the Town of Velma and the Velma rural area, is asking their customers to voluntarily conserve water until further notice.
