Hearing Held For Oklahoma Man Accused Of Raping 13-Year-Old Girl

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A preliminary hearing was held Monday for an Oklahoma man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.

Nineteen-year-old Michael Owens is charged with first degree rape.

Investigators say he forced the young girl to have sex with him and if she refused, he would put a pillow over her head or yell at her.

Owens claims the relationship was consensual.
