ESPN Announces Details For OU-FSU

ESPN has given the primetime broadcast slot to one of the marquee matchups of Week 3.

NORMAN, Oklahoma -- ESPN has announced the details for the Oklahoma Sooners non-conference matchup against the Florida State Seminoles, giving it the Sept. 17 matchup the marquee broadcast spot for the Week 3 matchup.

The game will kick off Sept. 17 and will be called by the broadcast team of Brent Musberger, Kirk Herbstreit and Erin Andrews. The kickoff time remains undetermined, as does the channel on which the game will air. It will either be shown at 7 p.m. on ABC or 6:30 p.m. on ESPN.

Oklahoma will officially start its season at 7 p.m. Sept. 3 in a home matchup against in-state rival Tulsa. The Seminoles open the season with three consecutive home games, hosting Louisiana-Monroe Sept. 3, Charleston Southern Sept. 10 and then the matchup against OU.
