Coconut Macadamia Nut Sauce

4 Tbsp butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup cream of coconut

1/2 cup chopped, roasted macadamia nuts

3 Tbsp toasted coconut


Melt butter and sugar in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Add cream and cream of coconut.

Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add nuts and coconut. Serve with bread pudding.
