A man arrested earlier this month on a drug trafficking complaint has information about the murder of a Bethany teenager found dismembered in a duffle bag.
According to an affidavit, Jimmy Massey told authorities during an interrogation that he had considerable information in regards to the homicide and dismemberment of 19-year-old Carina Saunders.
Bethany Police have secured a search warrant in an effort to retrieve a cell phone Massey was using the weekend of October 7-10. Police believe that there will be information concerning Saunders' death on the cell phone in the form of text messages.
Massey was arrested on November 4 on complaints of drug trafficking. Saunders' body was found October 13.
