OKC Man Accused Of Lewd Acts With A Child

The Cleveland County District Attorney's Office filed three counts of lewd acts with a child on an Oklahoma City Man.

Court Documents show the man molested the child on three different occasions over the course of ten years, before the girl told a camp counselor about the abuse.

A warrant filed in Cleveland County indicates 38-year-old Donald Dougan began touching the child when she was six years old, again when she was 12, and lastly, at the age of 15.

The court documents show the victim said Dougan "put his hands in my underwear" and it "happened more than one time."

The girl told police it happened again when she turned 12, saying Dougan put his hands "down my shirt and down my pants."

When interviewed by police, Dougan admitted " he has a drinking problem" and is noted as saying "it's possible that he touched her."

Dougan is now facing three felony counts of lewd acts with a child under the age of 16.
