Rocky Road Fudge
1 (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 jar Maraschino cherries, drained & chopped
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Place chocolate and butterscotch chips in a bowl and microwave on medium until melted. Add condensed milk and stir until chips and milk combined. Save the empty condensed milk can. Clean and remove label. Stir in vanilla, nuts, marshmallows and cherries.
Spray empty condensed milk can with cooking spray. Place it in the center of a greased 8 inch cake pan. Spoon fudge into pan around can. Chill until set. Place on platter, slice and garnish with more cherries, nuts and marshmallows!
Tip: Have fun with the mix-ins! Try coconut, macadamia nuts and dried bananas.
