A former Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics agent who pleaded guilty to helping smuggle guns is sentenced to about three years in federal prison.
Frank Reyes has said a man in the U.S. illegally gave him money to buy guns and he agreed to the deal.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives believes the goal was to get the weapons in the hands of the Mexican drug cartels.
Reyes said he won't challenge Wednesday's sentence.
