Former Oklahoma Deputy Faces Trial For Misconduct

A former Stephens County deputy, charged with sexually assaulting four women, is set to go to trial in Duncan Monday.

Brandon Balthrop allegedly molested four women between the ages of 16 and 37 from 2007 to 2010 while he was a deputy sheriff.

Jury selection begins Monday in his trial. If convicted Balthrop could be facing life in prison.
