Severe thunderstorms are possible Tuesday afternoon through the night across central and eastern Oklahoma.
Severe weather will enter the metro area after 4 p.m. However, the eastern part of the state will see the greatest risk for tornados tonight.

This suggests the possibility of storms capable of obtaining super-cellular characteristics, which would pose the threat of damaging wind, large hail and even tornadoes.
