OKC Father Arrested For Child Neglect, 3-Year-Old Found Wandering In Street

Oklahoma City police officers arrested a metro father after his 3-year-old was found wandering in the street.

Jesse Byrd is behind bars on Monday facing child neglect and drug charges.

Officers say they took Byrd's toddler home and found beer cans and a marijuana pipe, but no one was at the house.

The little girl told police her dad leaves her home alone all the time.
