Suspect Captured, Lockdown Lifted At Southwest OKC Elementary School

Police have captured a domestic violence suspect who was on the loose Monday afternoon near Southern Hills Elementary School.

The school was placed on lockdown for about an hour while police searched neighborhoods near S. Kentucky Ave. and S.W. 77th Place. The lockdown was lifted once the suspect was taken into custody.

Police have not released the suspect's name.
