An inmate who escaped from the William S. Key Correctional Center in Fort Supply on May 2 turned himself into authorities late Thursday night.

Bob James Zordell, 38, turned himself in at the F. DeWayne Beggs Detention Center in Norman Thursday night.
According to the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office, at about 11:40 p.m. Thursday, a deputy was checking on a suspicious person when he found Zordell on the north side of the jail. Zordell told the deputy he escaped from prison two weeks ago.
The deputy then confirmed with dispatchers that Zordell had escaped from the William S. Key Correctional Center in Fort Supply on May 2.
There was also a Cleveland County warrant for Zordell's arrest from 2005, according to authorities. He was then arrested on the escape warrant from the Department of Corrections, and the outstanding Cleveland County warrant.
Zordell was booked into the jail and will be transported back to the prison in Fort Supply.
Zordell was serving time for first degree robbery when he escaped, according to authorities.
