The two women were arrested for prostitution and soliciting prostitution online. Police say they arranged on Facebook to meet a man for sex, who was really a police officer.
The alleged ring leader Germaine Coulter was scheduled to be in court earlier this week, but he did not show up. His lawyer says he believes Coulter is out of state. There is a warrant out for his arrest.
