Woman Recovers After Alleged Attack By Boyfriend

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police say a woman who was attacked by her boyfriend is doing better than they thought.

Officers were called to N.W. 24th and Robinson for a domestic dispute call Monday morning.

The 27-year old victim was taken to a hospital for a head injury, but police now say she was intoxicated and will be fine.

Her boyfriend is still facing assault charges.
