A Yukon college student was honored during Friday night's RedHawks baseball game.
Boston Tracy, 20, took a home run lap around the bases between innings. It symbolized the end of Tracy's incredible battle against adversity.
In February 2011, Tracy was run over by a car driven by a drunk driver in Oklahoma City. His injuries were so catastrophic, first responders initially covered him with a white sheet because they thought he was dead.
"God kept me here for something," said Tracy.
Tracy spent nearly a month in a coma after the accident. He suffered severe brain injuries, but he plans to return to school Monday at the University of Central Oklahoma.
