Some local high school bands struck a chord in the community on Tuesday.
Bands from Luther, Jones, Harrah and Chandler high schools put on a concert to raise money for wildfire victims.
The high school bands took to the field and put on their halftime shows.
The performances were free, but donations were accepted.
"It's been really positive. Because we had our own, two of our own lose their homes, and our students want to help out others as well. So it's an opportunity to give back and what they do best and play music," Luther band director Kyle Witmus said.
All donations collected and money from concession sales went to help wildfire victims.
